Sometimes, after a failed attempt to connect, the App pushes incomplete Hub information to the server. 

To ensure this hasn’t happened, go to and log into your account. Go to the Account page. If the controller information appears in My controller summary, click the Delete button and click Save. Repeat the Add Controller process on your Smartphone or Tablet.


If the controller information does not appear under My controller summary, call K-Rain tech support at 1-800-735-7246, or open a support ticket on this portal and include the MAC address of your K-Rain Hub, which can be found between the antenna connection and the power inlet.
