Several customers have reported issues with updating the device with the latest version of firmware to support new in-App features and Bluetooth connectivity improvements.  We are currently working on a solution for this problem.


In the interim, there are no issues with updating devices using iOS version 7 or later. 


Re-try failed updates with an iOS device OR contact customerservice@krain.com and we will replace the device you cannot update with one that has been updated at the factory.
